In an idyllic location, all by itself, surrounded by the Dolenjska forests and vineyards, is a spacious wooden country house. Here you will find your peace, take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the fresh air. The house offers everything you need and is suitable for even the most demanding guests, for all those who are used to comfort and convenience.
It can also accommodate larger groups, from 4 up to a maximum of 12 people, including 2 or 3 families who know each other and would like to live together. The large meadow next to the house offers pure privacy, peace and quiet, as the village and the first neighbours are 800 m away.
We also have a summer kitchen with barbecue, so you can cook outside in the pleasant shade, you can eat your meals under the covered terrace, in the evening you can make a fire on the open fireplace, or warm your bones in the combined Finnish - IR sauna. You can spend the whole day outside in the fresh air, listening to the birds singing and gaining positive energy.
We also have a charging station for charging your electric car, so you can enjoy it without any worries!
There are vineyards nearby, which you can walk through, you can go cycling in the surroundings of Gradenc, visit the castle in Žužemberk, you will be only 15 minutes away from Dolenjske Toplice, so you can also go swimming in the thermal waters. The Krka River is a 5-minute drive away, so you can also go swimming in the Krka, or go canoeing or SUP paddling.
The name Suha Krajina - Dry Landscape is not without meaning, it really rarely rains, so even the rain can't ruin your holiday. The surrounding area is a paradise for cycling, 10 minutes from the house you can join the cycle path along the Krka River.The highest peak of Suha krajina, Sveti Peter, is also nearby.
